Pinder Fry & Benjamin offices sold

The administrators for Pinder Fry & Benjamin have sold two office buildings at Zebra Court in Chadderton, Oldham.

The two buyers are Sustainability, a commercial fit-out business, and Meyertech, a CCTV control system manufacturer. The sale prices were undisclosed but the quoting purchase price across the estate is £145 sq ft.

Zebra Court was originally developed by Marshall CDP and comprises six office buildings ranging from 3,154 sq ft to 6,181 sq ft.

Cushman & Wakefield represented the administrators. Source IDC advised Sustainability.

Jonathan Baucher, associate at Cushman & Wakefield, said: "We are delighted to have secured these two deals resulting in only two buildings remaining available. Zebra Court is highly accessible to both the region's motorway network and Manchester city centre and offers excellent accommodation. With a strong level of interest in the last two remaining buildings, we are confident in getting the estate fully occupied in the very near future."

Pinder Fry & Benjamin's regional offices fund was placed into administration in 2009 after breaching loan convenants with National Australia Bank.

Jones Lang LaSalle was the joint agent.
