Pin toasts strong year of office deals

Pin Property Consultancy said it completed 77,066 sq ft of lettings in its Birchwood office portfolio in 2014, equivalent to 18% of the total take-up recorded for the wider Warrington area of 439,000 sq ft.

Pin currently has three office buildings in Birchwood; Rutherford House, Allday House and Washington House.
