Pin changes agents at Rutherford

DTZ and Eileen Bilton Partnership have replaced Savills and Knight Frank as letting agents on Pin Property's Rutherford House office in Birchwood, near Warrington.

The 58,000 sq ft refurbished building has 30,000 sq ft remaining to let after launching in summer 2007 and is on the market at £13/sq ft.

Rutherford House was built in the 1970s as headquarters to British Nuclear Fuels and was acquired by local developer-investor Pin when BNFL moved out.
