Phil Morley follows O’Keefe to LM6

Phil MorleyMorley has left Cushman & Wakefield to join Tony O’Keefe at LM6. O’Keefe left Cushmans, where he headed the industrial team, six months ago to start the new business.

Morley spent more than three years at the Manchester office of Cushman & Wakefield, known as DTZ until May 2015, and previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he advised on major developments at Omega, Warrington and Kingsway, Rochdale.

O’Keefe established LM6 at the start of this year to focus on the Liverpool, Manchester and M6 corridor industrial market. The business is based at Villiers Court, Knowsley.

Cushmans’ industrial team now comprises associate Chris Brown, who came from the Cushmans’ side of the DTZ merger, and graduate surveyor Will Kenyon, who started in September 2015.
