Pharma Group Holdings buys former GM Jones HQ

Located at Parc Ty Gwyn in Llanrwst, the complex includes two industrial units and a three-storey office building.

GM Jones first moved into the buildings off Betws Road in 2018, using £400,000 from the Wales Economic Fund. The building contractor entered administration in March 2019, resulting in the properties becoming vacant.

Pharma Group Holdings purchased the buildings for an undisclosed amount, although the properties had a combined guide price of £1.2m.

The industrial buildings are 3,757 sq ft and 3,748 sq ft and were listed for £500,000. The office building offers 6,370 sq ft across its three floors. Made of reinforced concrete, it also has solar panels on its central core which are capable of powering the property. According to a brochure, its rateable value was £53,000.

Sanderson Weatherall represented the administrators on the deal.
