Pharma group expands in Runcorn

BE Group, acting on behalf of Altrincham-based Mutley Properties, has let an 8,000 sqft office building to Phoenix Medical Supplies at Priory Court in Preston Brook, Runcorn.
Phoenix is a large pharmaceutical wholesaler and operator of the UK's third biggest retail pharmacy chain. The firm is relocating part of its office functions from its headquarters in nearby Whitehouse Industrial Estate as part of the company's expansion.
Letting agent Vince Sandwell of Warrington-based BE Group said: "An expansion like this is great news for the area, and the company has committed to Runcorn for the long term with the signing of a 15 year lease."
The property was jointly marketed by BE Group and Jones Lang LaSalle.
