PfA plans £150m housing framework

Runcorn-based housing group Procurement for All is establishing a four-year panel of contractors which could contain up to 70 companies.

PfA is a buying tool for 11 housing associations around the country with 90,000 houses collectively. Members in the North West include New Fylde Housing.

The framework could be worth up to £150m over the course of the agreement and will cover maintenance and replacement of kitchens and bathrooms, windows and doors, central heating, as well as general building work
