Peter Brett appoints graduate engineer

Tom Woollett has joined development and infrastructure consultancy, Peter Brett Associates, as graduate environmental engineer at its Manchester office.

Woollett, who has relocated from PBA's Reading office, is a GIS specialist and has developed an automated GIS tool for the assessment of environmental and engineering constraints associated with wind farm on-shore cable routes.

His recent work includes health impact assessments for low carbon and renewable energy projects, as well as sustainability and waste strategies for mixed use and residential schemes.

He is currently working on several residential and retail schemes being promoted from PBA's Manchester office.

Bernard Greep, associate partner and head of the firm's Manchester office said: "The addition of Tom to our team further expands our capabilities in the North West. His skillsets are increasingly required in support of the sort of schemes that we promote."
