Persimmon’s Clifton joins Knight Frank

Knight Frank has added to its Manchester residential development team with the recruitment of David Clifton from Persimmon Homes as senior surveyor.

Clifton, a qualified town planner, was a land manager at Persimmon Homes, acquiring development sites across the North West. He also previously worked for Dandara as a development manager.

At Knight Frank, Clifton will handle disposals and acquisitions of new residential development sites in the North West as well as liaising with and advising clients on potential new schemes.
