Persimmon appoints Knight Frank for Spinningfields unit

Persimmon has instructed Knight Frank to market a 5,252 sq ft commercial unit at its Leftbank development in Spinningfields, Manchester.

Andy Johnson, a surveyor at Knight Frank, said: "The unit currently has consent for A3 use but is likely to be suitable for a variety of uses. The developer has left the unit in shell condition for the time being, in order to allow the occupier with the option to fit the property to their specific requirements, although the suite can be fitted out to an agreed specification if required."

The self-contained suite, which is available to purchase on a long leasehold basis, fronts Quay Street and includes a ground floor reception with office space situated on a mezzanine level. Car parking is available to purchase in the basement of the building whilst there is a multi-storey car park adjacent to the property.
