Perfume chain sticks with KBL
Bolton-based law firm KBL has been re-appointed as sole legal adviser to national retailer The Fragrance Shop, headquartered in Trafford Park.
The practice, which has worked with TFS for five years, said it beat competitors from Manchester city centre law firms to win the contract.
KBL will handle all the legal work for the TFS portfolio of 135 shops and advise on expansion plans to open 20 stores in the next year.
Over the past five years, KBL worked on the expanding portfolio dealing with the acquisitions of new premises, leases and ongoing lease management for the shops.
