A topping out ceremony has been held to mark the highest point of construction at The Carlyle Group and Bride Hall's £8m restaurant scheme at Pepper Street in Chester.
Pochin Construction is currently on site at the former Habitat store which is being redeveloped into four restaurant units. Lettings have been agreed to Chimichanga, Coast to Coast, Restaurant Bar & Grill and Las Iguanas.
All have signed 20-25 year leases on units of 4,840 sq ft, 4,329 sq ft, 7,920 sq ft and 7,925 sq ft respectively.

The restaurants are due to be open by summer 2015.
Representatives from Cheshire West & Chester Council, Bride Hall, Pochin and local stakeholders attended the celebration on Tuesday 20 January which was held at the Chester Grosvenor Hotel.
The block was formerly home to a Methodist Church before the entrance was built over and the space was converted into a retail unit. The redevelopment project involves bringing the portico back into use as an entrance from Pepper Street, and the construction of an extension.
