Penketh Business Park sold

Caisson Investment Management has bought a 150,000 sq ft industrial estate in Warrington from M20 Property for £5.8m.

The recently refurbished 6.5-acre business park on Liverpool Road is made up of 30 warehouses of between 400 sq ft and 44,500 sq ft, as well as 21 storage units and a small parcel of land.

The park is 98% occupied, with the tenants paying a combined £600,000 in rent each year.

Caisson IM was advised by Carrick Real Estate, while M20 Property was advised by Avison Young and Hill Dickinson.
