Pegasus hires from GL Hearn

Phil Robinson has joined the company’s Manchester office as planning director from fellow consultant GL Hearn.

Robinson spent 14 years at GL Hearn with clients including Liverpool City Council, McDermott Homes, Prospect, and Blackburn with Darwen Council.

Robinson’s appointment brings staff numbers in Pegasus’ Manchester and Liverpool offices up to 23. The consultant has also promoted Graham Lamb to planning director; Lamb is currently working on Halsnead Garden Village in Knowsley for Taylor Wimpey, with a planning application due this year.

In its economics team, Richard Cook has also been promoted to economics director.

Seb Tibenham, executive director at Pegasus, said: “Despite wider economic uncertainties within our sector, I’m delighted to report that our North West offices have kicked on. Phil brings some quality experience with him and I am delighted to welcome him to our team. With Phil’s appointment and recent graduate planner intake for both our Manchester and Liverpool offices, we are now up to 23 staff.’
