Peel submits plans for Liverpool shed

Peel Logistics has submitted a planning application for a 175,000 sq ft industrial warehouse at Liverpool International Business Park, designed by AEW Architects.

The proposed scheme comprises a single 12.5m high unit with proportions to suit logistics operations together with a full length service yard.

AEW's industrial team has created a theme for the appearance of Peel Logistics industrial developments that will be used across all future developments.

Turley acted as planning consultant and DBK are the cost consultant for the project. JLL and Cushman & Wakefield are the retained letting agents.

Liverpool International Business Park is a 157-acre site next to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The development has outline planning consent has been granted for commercial buildings ranging from 50,000 sq ft to 500,000 sq ft.
