Peel reshuffles Pinewood board

Peel Ports chairman Tom Allison has joined the board of film studios Pinewood Shepperton, replacing Mark Senior as Peel Holdings' nominated non-executive director.

Senior became a non-executive director in 2011 and is leaving to concentrate on his latest role as chief executive of dock10, the studios within Media City UK in Salford.

Allison is also non-executive chairman of Tulloch Homes Group, a non-executive director of Sunseeker Yacht Group and Celtic plc, a partner in Kiltane Investments and a council member of the CBI.

Until recently, he was chairman of Keepmoat and chairman of Wood Mackenzie and previously held senior positions in Glunz plc, Rank Xerox, Scottish & Newcastle Breweries and ADT.

Allison joined the board of Clydeport plc as chief executive in 1997. Following the takeover of Clydeport in January 2003, he was appointed chief executive of Peel Ports and was promoted to chairman in August 2007.
