Peel Ports seeks crane operator

Peel Ports is tendering for the hire of cranes with an operator for its Port of Liverpool, Manchester Ship Canal and Port of Heysham sites.
Peel said the contract will be for three years but did not disclose its value.
Deadline for applicants is Thursday 31 March.
In a separate tender, Peel Ports is also seeking suppliers of construction and civil engineering machinery and equipment for its Liverpool operations.
Peel Ports is one of the largest ports operators in Europe with over 2,500 employees. As well as Liverpool, Manchester, and Heysham, it also has operations in Clydeport and Medway.
The port operator is 51% owned by Peel and 49% by Deutsche Bank's real estate arm RREEF.
