Peel agrees Venus letting
Independent leisure business Travel Counsellors has signed a 28,500 sq ft lease within Peel Land & Property’s Venus office in Trafford Quays, as the new location of its head office.
The £2m investment by Travel Counsellors will see the relocation of more than 200 support staff from its current Bolton base before the end of the year.
The office will span three floors within the eight-storey building, and will feature training facilities for Travel Counsellors’ agents.
Quoting rent at Venus is £21/sq ft.

Dreadful location. Traffic clogged, ugly and nothing around there unless you want to negotiate 6 lanes of traffic to get to the Trafford Centre. But how many will be inclined to do that on their lunch break?
