Developer Peel Holdings has appointed DTZ to market its offices at Liverpool's Princes Dock alongside existing agents CB Richard Ellis.
Princes Dock boasts three office buildings, totalling 225,000 sq ft, as well as two hotels, a multi-storey car park and three residential towers. Further land is available for design-and-build offices of up to 200,000 sq ft.
Currently there is 4,600 sq ft in two suites in Building 8. A further 13,800 sq ft is available in Building 4, Princes Parade, which is suitable for a variety of uses including offices, leisure and retail. Quoting office rents are £16.50/sq ft.
