Pearson Vue signs in Warrington

Countryside Properties has let 10,125 sq ft at the Lakeview office building at Warrington Centre Park to Pearson Vue, an online education company.

Pearson Vue has an existing facility at Salford Quays and will remain there, in addition to Warrington, where it has taken a five-year lease. Quoting rent at Warrington Centre Park is £16/sq ft.

Jones Lang LaSalle and Eileen Bilton Partnership are letting agents on the building. Richard Wharton, director in Jones Lang LaSalle's national office agency team in Manchester, said: "Following the lettings earlier this year to Rotary North West and Applied Biosystems, this latest deal emphasises the continued popularity of Warrington Centre Park as an office location.

"We are currently negotiating with a further party interested in taking space within Lakeview which will further enhance its reputation and popularity."
