PBA regional boss gets equity

Planning and development consultancy Peter Brett Associates has promoted Bernard Greep, a town planner and head of the Manchester office, to become a shareholding director of the firm's limited liability partnership.

Greep, a chartered town planner, becomes one of 40 members of PBA's limited liability partnership, which has a mix of shareholding partners, with larger stakes, and LLP directors.

He took responsibility for the Manchester office after Roger Tym & Partners' merger with PBA in 2011. The company said he played a key role in the development of the office, extending its client base and overseeing its diversification so that it also offers transport and engineering services.

Greep's private sector client base includes commercial developers, house builders, landowners, speculators and high net worth individuals.
