Paul Butler hires from Deloitte
Planning consultancy, Paul Butler Associates, has appointed Don Murphy from Deloitte Real Estate as a senior planner.
Murphy spent nine years at Deloitte Real Estate and its predecessor Drivers Jonas, joining as a graduate in 2005. He advised on Ask's First Street project and the refurbishment of Manchester's Corn Exchange.
He has been appointed in response to an increasing workbook at Paul Butler Associates, and will advise private sector clients on a variety of leisure, residential, retail, and mixed-use schemes in Manchester and across the region.
One of his first instructions is to advise Dutch firm Mecanoo Architects on the Oldham Coliseum & Heritage Centre project, which will require planning and listed building consent.
His appointment increases the PBA team to five chartered town planners.
