Patrick Properties fills speculative office gap in Crewe

Patrick Properties has started on site with a speculative office scheme on Crewe Business Park. The project, called Emerald, comprises two Grade A office buildings, one of 25,611 sq ft net and another of 17,400 sq ft net, and both available to let from £16/sq ft.

Andrew Dickman, managing director of Patrick Properties, said: "This is the last development opportunity on the business park and as there is very little supply of good quality office accommodation in Crewe, we believe that it will appeal to new occupiers looking to relocate or expand in the area."

Crewe Business Park is one of Cheshire's most established business locations, with access to the town centre and railway station. The business park is already home to a number of blue chip organisations including Defra, Focus Barclays Bank, Fujitsu and Rolls-Royce.

The buildings are expected to be completed and ready for occupation by spring 2008. King Sturge is the sole letting agent.
