Pannone Corporate adds to property team

The Manchester law firm has appointed Gemma Staples as a director in its real estate litigation team.

Staples previously worked for Eversheds, where she was a senior member of its Manchester real estate litigation team.

She has 15 years of experience in advising on a wide range of complex and high value property disputes and acts for occupiers, developers and landlords.

Also joining the Deansgate-based firm’s real estate team is solicitor Helen Porter, who joins from TLT’s Manchester office.

Pannone Corporate managing partner, Paul Jonson, said: “Gemma has a wealth of experience in the sector and is a highly regarded real estate litigator. Helen is a talented lawyer and I am delighted to welcome both to the firm.

“It has been a busy 12 months for our growing real estate team with new client wins and a record number of instructions.”
