Palladium launches Old Hall Street offices rebrand

Palladium Group is set to rename its recently acquired Nations House and Stanley Hall in Liverpool as Helix and Honeycomb.

The adjoining offices in Old Hall Street were bought from Moorfield in August for £2.7m and together total 40,600 sq ft.

Honeycomb LiverpoolCBRE’s Liverpool office agency and Hitchcock Wright & Partners have been appointed to market the properties.

The buildings are currently undergoing major refurbishment with the completed offices to include showers, a roof garden, bike storage, a breakout area and meeting spaces.

Existing tenants include Sainsbury’s, Matthews & Goodman and Haskoning UK.

Spencer Bourne, chairman at Palladium Group, said: “We are delighted with how well our first venture in Liverpool is progressing and are building on the successful model of Honeycomb Chester, which is already two thirds let. The programme of works at Honeycomb and Helix will transform the buildings into contemporary offices with a broad range of occupier facilities and we are confident that this will be a welcome addition to the Liverpool office scene.”
