Pall Mall Court comes to market

The investment team at JLL has been appointed by Ignis to sell Manchester's Pall Mall Court office building on King Street, asking £18.25m, at an initial yield of 7.5%.

The grade 2-listed 11-storey building, refurbished in 2002, contains 85,460 sq ft of commercial office space across three blocks.

Current tenants include law firm Weightmans and commercial property consultant Rapleys. The building's four occupiers are on long-term leases.

James Porteous, director of capital markets at JLL in Manchester, said: "Pall Mall Court's position on King Street and its flexible floor plates are likely to very attractive in the current market, with many UK and overseas investors turning their attention towards Manchester.

"Given the level of interest Chancery Place received before its sale in September, reflecting the high demand for good investment opportunities in Manchester, we expect that Pall Mall Court is likely to be well received."
