Pair of tenants move to Junction One

Courier There Today and window manufacturer Bi-Fold Warehouse have taken a combined 12,000 sq ft at Junction One Business Park on Valley Road in Birkenhead.

Both occupiers have signed five-year leases at the 168,000 sq ft industrial estate.

The deals will see There Today, part of the wider Hermes Group, occupy 6,000 sq ft and Bi-Fold Warehouse take the neighbouring unit of the same size.

The units were previously occupied by pharmaceutical products manufacturer Pharmapac.

Agency Mason Owen & Partners acted for the landowner, investor First Property Group. The occupiers were unrepresented.

Louis Holt, chartered surveyor at Mason Owen, said: “Junction One is proving itself to be one of the most desirable estates of its type. Its location makes it an attractive proposition for both logistics and delivery businesses.”

Other occupiers at Junction One include marine consultancy Brookes Bell and distribution firm CNBS Products.

A total of 16,000 sq ft is still available to let at the park, which is all owned by First Property Group.
