PAG signs Titan in St Helens
Developer and investor Property Alliance Group has secured a new tenant at Abbotsfield Industrial Estate in St Helens.
Titan Distribution, a supplier of specialist tyres, wheels and rims for off-road vehicles in Europe and Africa, has agreed a five year lease of Unit 4 at the industrial estate for an undisclosed sum.
The accommodation, which will be used as a warehouse facility, consists of 29,568 sq ft which has undergone a refurbishment.
Existing tenants at the estate include EFG Matthews, Springfield and Rutland Veterinary Surgery, with one unit totalling 25,214 sq ft available to let at a quoting rent of £3.75/sq ft.
Fronting Reginald Road, Abbotsfield Industrial Estate is 3.5 miles from the M62 motorway and close to the St Helens Linkway road A570 between the town and motorway network.

Davies Harrison and CBRE are joint letting agents on the industrial estate. Titan has relocated from Haydock Industrial Estate.
