PAG secures 15,000 sq ft deal at Jubilee Leisure Park

JD Gyms has signed up at the leisure park in Cleveleys, joining existing tenants Vue Cinemas and Pizza Hut.

Property Alliance Group redeveloped the four-acre site on Cleveleys promenade in 2006, which was previously owned by Blackpool Council. A plot at the north end of the site was subsequently sold to pubco Mitchells & Butler.

JD Gyms will pay around £95,000 per year in rent for the 15,000 sq ft space, which is its first in the area, and is set to open in the summer. Leisure agency CJ White Associates advised PAG on the deal.
