Paddy Power signs up Colliers CRE

Irish bookmaker Paddy Power has appointed Manchester-based Colliers CRE to obtain new betting shop sites across the North West.

The betting company wants to expand its UK estate, with Manchester and the North West being targeted as the main areas for growth.

Paddy Power has over 200 shops in Northern Ireland and Ireland, plus 60 in south England.

The firm aims to increase its UK base to over 200 shops within the next three years.

Richard Kelly has joined the developer as North West project director, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the industry.

Andrew Day makes the move from head of asset management in the North with the development manager’s parent company Catella APAM.
