Pacific Court bought by Spectra

Spectra Business Solutions has bought the freehold of 1 Pacific Court, Atlantic Street, Broadheath, Altrincham, from a private pension fund for £185,000.

The company has acquired the building for its own occupation and will be relocating from its current base at 20 Barrington Road, Altrincham.

Spectra has over 30 years of experience providing a comprehensive range of professional business solutions including Health & Safety Consultancy and HR management.

Lee Taylor, director of Spectra Business Solutions, said: "Having outgrown our existing offices we decided to buy our own and Pacific Court ticked all the boxes.

"It is ideally located close to the town centre and gives us room for further expansion and to move the business forward".

The self-contained office building provides 1,748 sq ft on ground and first floors, with parking for eight cars.

Daniel Lee of Regional Property Solutions acted on behalf of the private pension fund.

He said: "Broadheath continues to be very popular and 1 Pacific Court was never officially marketed with terms agreed within 48 hours."

The purchaser was unrepresented.
