P4 Planning hires from Indigo

Manchester-based P4 Planning has appointed town planner Charlotte Fowler as an associate.

Fowler has ten years’ experience in planning residential and commercial developments across the UK.  She joined from Indigo Planning where she advised investor Alaska on developing its business park in Shrewsbury, helped Care UK bring forward a residential care home in the green belt and managed a large portfolio of projects for Royal Mail.

P4 Planning was established by Bill Davidson in 2013 following his departure from Indigo Planning, where he set up and led the Manchester office for nearly 15 years. Fowler’s appointment takes the team to three senior fee earners servicing clients which include Bruntwood, InfraRed, Threadneedle, Seddon and Forrest Construction.

Davidson said: “Following three years of working closely with a small number of clients and quietly getting on with progressing interesting and tricky projects through the planning system, it’s time to respond to growing client demands and invest in the future of my business.”
