P4 names two new directors
The Manchester-based planning consultancy has promoted associates Rhian Thomas and Gillian Worden to the director level.
P4 said that the promotions recognise the pair’s experience and contribution to guiding the firm through the last 12 months, culminating in a return to the city centre and a new base in Little Lever Street within the Northern Quarter.
The firm’s plans for the future will see Thomas heading up internal culture and people development and Worden leading on developing client relationships, future business growth and marketing.
P4’s founder and managing director Bill Davidson will focus on strategic growth. He said: “We have worked hard to ensure a solid foundation for P4 which has an experienced team with a strong vision and values, and we are looking to build on this.
“I have known both Rhian and Gillian for many years, having appointed and worked with them early on in their careers. Whilst our paths went different ways it has been great to be working with them again as part of the P4 team and these promotions are the perfect acknowledgement of all their experience, hard work and commitment.”
Thomas joined P4 in 2018 and is leading projects for the University of Liverpool and the New World Trading Company. Worden joined in 2019 and has been heading up projects working with Midia and Watson Homes. Both previously worked with Davidson at Indigo. Thomas and Worden began their new roles in June.
