P3 completes pair of city centre deals
Commercial agents P3 Property Consultants have reported two lettings in Manchester city centre.
Training provider Seetec, which works with the Department for Work and Pensions among others, have taken a six-year lease on a 2,612 sq ft self-contained office suite at The Bayley, owned by a private investor, on New Bailey Street. P3 were sole letting agent.
At 101 Princess Street, computer games and simulation producer, Virtual Racing Systems, has taken 2,400 sq ft on the 4th floor from owners Western Ridge.
Justin Rouse, associate partner at letting P3, said: "101 Princess Street particularly appeals to occupiers from the media, digital and creative sectors, attracted by the stylish and contemporary office space. The building is positioned in a choice location within Manchester's Knowledge Corridor, close to universities and transport links, including Piccadilly and Oxford Road railway stations."
P3 Property Consultants and Edwards & Co are the joint letting agents at 101 Princess Street.
