Overseas agent 7 Best Invest falls victim to downturn

Liverpool-based overseas investment vehicle 7 Best Invest has ceased trading, with the loss of around a dozen jobs at its Union Court sales office.

7 Best Invest, incorporated in 2006, recommended investments in a selection of luxury holiday developments around the world.

The company was founded by director Ken Metcalf, of Poulton, Cheshire, an experienced property investor. Director Stuart Johnson resigned last week, following the resignation of fellow director David Jones, from Formby, in May.

There was no answer from the company office when contacted today.
