Overbury hands over Nabarro office
Overbury, the fit-out and refurbishment firm, has completed the 10,000 sq ft office for lawyer Nabarro at 1 The Avenue in Spinningfields, Manchester.
The project, delivered in four weeks, was designed by TP Bennett LLP and included amendments to the existing core, modifications to the underfloor systems as well as the creation of a new reception area.
Peter Knight, managing director for Overbury in the North, said: "Nabarro is a hugely successful law firm so it is a great achievement for Manchester to have attracted the company to the city. It shows the continued strength of the region's business community and is a move that I'm sure others will follow. We have been lucky enough to work with Nabarro on a number of other schemes throughout the UK and we were delighted to deliver their North West office."
