Orega takes two floors in Media City’s Blue Tower

The serviced office provider has committed to 24,000 sq ft in a 15-year joint venture management agreement with Peel.

Orega will occupy the eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth floors of the 18-storey tower, which sits above the television studio block at Media City UK.

Tim Taylor, leasing agent at Media City UK, said the deal leaves two remaining floors vacant, the fourteenth and fifteenth at Blue Tower, one of three office towers not occupied by BBC at the media campus. There are also six floors of around 16,000 sq ft each remaining to let in Orange Tower, where ITV and Salford University are based. The White Tower is nearly full, with the final two floors subject to advanced negotiations expected to conclude soon. Quoting rents are £20/sq ft in White, £22/sq ft in Blue and £24/sq ft in Orange plus usual market incentives.

Orega already has bases at 53N's 76 King Street and Carlyle's Piccadilly Place, both in Manchester city centre.
