Software company Mobica has signed a new ten-year lease on 5,200 sq ft with Orbit Developments at Crown House in Wilmslow.
Clare Wright, vice-president of finance and administration at Mobica, said: "We have been based in Wilmslow for the past five years as the town provides excellent transport links and is easily accessible to Manchester Airport, ideal for an international business like ourselves. As our company has grown, Orbit Developments has been able to provide us with a simple expansion solution that met our criteria. We look forward to growing our business further with Orbit in the future."
Mobica relocated from Market House, Wilmslow, where it had around 2,500 sq ft.
Orbit Developments is part of the Emerson Group, which has a portfolio of 8m sq ft and owns 349,700 sq ft of office space in Wilmslow alone, including 50 Alderley Road, Sandfield House and Riverside Business Park.
