Orbit seals five office deals in Wilmslow

Orbit Developments has reported five small office deals in and around Wilmslow totalling 4,044 sq ft.

The largest is for 2,422 sq ft to Kids Unlimited, the childcare service provider, at Pentland House for £36,475 a year.

EPC Assessments, which produces Energy Performance Certificates for buildings, has expanded for a third time at Barrington House, Alderley Edge, taking its total accommodation to 882 sq ft.

TT Games now occupies 10,333 sq ft at Emerson House, Wilmslow, after adding 225 sq ft on to an existing ten-year lease.

Skoot and NTF Financial Solutions have taken space at Bank House, Handforth, and Springfield House, Wilmslow, respectively.

Dean Richards, leasing and marketing surveyor at Orbit Developments, said: "There is no denying that the market conditions are tough, but it is positive to see increased movement in the market.

"We are pleased to have retained existing occupiers, including Kids Unlimited, within our portfolio which also ensures continued investment into the local economy."
