Daresbury is in Runcorn; linked to Warrington yes, but within Halton Borough in Runcorn.

Undersold. A bargain for Orbit.

Associating Daresbury with Warrington makes it sound better than associating it with Runcorn. Bit like the Porsche garage in Ellesmere Port putting "Chester" in its name, all marketing rubbish!!

Orbit again demonstrate themselves to be expert negotiators if the published figures are true. Must have been a fire sale.
