KBF Enterprises, trading as Bodybuilding Warehouse, a provider of sports supplements, has agreed a five-year lease with landlord Hermes Property Unit Trust for a 21,000 sq ft refurbished industrial unit at Guinness Road Trading Estate in Trafford Park.
The warehouse will support KBF's expanding internet retail business. The business was founded in 2008 to sell branded and own-brand sports supplements.
KBF joins tenants including Tri-Star Packaging, TRL, Speedy Lifting and Jex Engineering on the 22-unit estate.
There are a number of units which are currently being refurbished, which will be able to accommodate requirements from 6,500 sq ft to 60,000 sq ft.
John Barton, senior surveyor at WHR, said: "We have had a lot of serious interest in the units currently available at the Guinness Road Trading Estate from both local and national commerce, which is testament to the quality of the estate and the highly desirable location on one of the UK's premier industrial locations at Trafford Park. It is also an indicator that the market is beginning to turn and we are pleased to have secured this latest occupier."
