One Vision plans for Kings Park cleared

The £20m extension and refurbishment of three social housing towers in Sefton has been approved by the Government Office for the North West.

Bootle-based social landlord will overhaul three high-rise blocks in the dockland Seaforth area north of Liverpool: Montgomery, Churchill and Alexander Houses.

The finished towers will hold 109 apartments and seven new affordable houses.
