One Park West reaches 90% sold
Grosvenor said June was its busiest month of 2013 for apartment sales at its One Park West complex on Liverpool's waterfront.
One Park West achieved sales of more than £1.5 million in the month alone, from nine sales. The recent demand for apartments in One Park West has resulted in just over 30 apartments remaining out of 326.
Guy Butler, project director at Grosvenor, said: "With over £1.5m of apartments sold, June was an outstanding month for One Park West. The results highlight the positive changes within the property market, especially for Liverpool.
"One Park West is in a fantastic location in a great city, and due to its popularity we only have a few remaining apartments."
The results mirror Nationwide's recent housing survey that showed property prices and sales bounced back in June, producing the strongest month for house prices in the UK since 2010.
