Omega manufacturing shed approved

Omega Warrington, the joint venture between Miller and KUC Properties, has received planning permission for a 200,000 sq ft manufacturing warehouse for an automotive occupier.

The unit will include 20,000 sq ft of offices, and 300 car and truck parking spaces on a 10-acre site.

The occupier of the warehouse is as yet unnamed, and is represented by Colliers International.

The premises are within Zone 7 of Omega South which was granted outline planning consent in May 2014 for 2.1m sq ft of logistics and manufacturing space, a new access road and a 35-acre green space.

Omega Warrington works in partnership with landowner the Homes & Communities Agency and is supported by Warrington Council and the Cheshire & Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership.
