Oldham Central Trading Park full

Nolan Redshaw has secured the final letting at Oldham Central Trading Park on behalf of the Medical Research Council Pension Trust, with a 7,900 sq ft deal agreed with confectionary company Banini UK.

The site, which contains 16 units and is set over 100,000 sq ft, includes a range of occupiers including James Hargreaves Plumbers, Wolseley Group and Howdens Joinery.

The assets of the pension trust are managed by Henderson Global Investors.

Jonathan Pickles, senior agency surveyor at Nolan Redshaw, sole letting agents for the park, said: “This is the first time the location has been fully let, which is a rarely seen, even in a strong market.

“Since the beginning of the year, we have seen units in the industrial sector being snapped up due to the ongoing lack of availability. This comes as welcome news for landlords and bodes well for the remainder of 2015 and beyond.”
