Old Trafford office changes hands
Quay House, a 20,000 sq ft office building in Old Trafford, has been sold by an off-shore family trust to music products group Midas Klark Teknik.
The purchaser will take immediate occupation of the three-storey self-contained office building at City Park Business Village in Brindley Road.
TFC acted for the family trust; Cushman & Wakefield for the purchaser Midas Klark Teknik and Jones Lang LaSalle for the tenant.
Ben Fallows of TFC said: "The sale represented a win-win situation for all concerned. It enabled the former tenant to surrender its lease, the onward sale to Midas Klark Teknik and our client to realise its return from a portfolio asset."

The business is experiencing rapid expansion and this particular opportunity, being directly opposite its existing accommodation, is well suited to its operational requirements and, importantly isn't going to impact on the staff that is extremely specialist."
