Old Hall Street office comes to market

Hitchcock Wright & Partners has been instructed by Liverpool & Chester Property Company to let 44 Old Hall Street in Liverpool.

The former bank building was last occupied by insolvency practitioners Parkin S Booth before they moved to Yorkshire House on Chapel Street. 44 Old Hall Street offers 3,985 sq ft over four floors, all of which have been recently refurbished.

Neil Kirkham, partner at Hitchcock Wright & Partners, said: "This is a great little office building in a prime location. Opportunities to acquire self-contained properties of this calibre are few and far between in this location and we therefore expect interest to be very high. 44 Old Hall Street provides smaller to medium sized companies with a fantastic opportunity to acquire high quality accommodation without compromising their profile which may occur in larger multi-let premises."

The quoting rent for the whole of the office space is £43,000 a year.
