O’Keefe launches industrial agency

Ex-Cushman & Wakefield industrial director, Tony O’Keefe, has launched a new industrial agency practice in Merseyside, called LM6.

PrintLM6 stands for Liverpool, Manchester and M6, the area of the market covered by the practice, which is based in Knowsley.

O’Keefe began his career at Liverpool-based property company Smith Nicolas. He spent time at Enterprise and CBRE before joining DTZ in 2003 as director of industrial and logistics. DTZ acquired and was rebranded Cushman & Wakefield last year.

LM6 is working with occupiers, landlords, landowners and developers including MCR, The Gap Group and Barnfield Construction.

O’Keefe said: “Against a backdrop of improving confidence I felt conditions were right to launch this new venture. LM6 is located at the heart of the industrial market on the East Lancashire Road affording us the ability to effectively service our core markets of Liverpool, Manchester and locations along the M6. These are exciting times for the wider region and I am looking forward to contributing to its future success.”

A good operator. Will do very well now that he is out of the politics of an under performing corporate.
