Monaco-based Strand Securities has appointed Edward Symmons and Hitchcock Wright & Partners as joints agents on the Wellington Building in The Strand, Liverpool city centre.
Strand Securities acquired the building, behind the Three Graces at the Pier Head, for an undisclosed sum from Downing in the autumn last year.
The new owner is currently undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment of Wellington Building.
Robert Diggle, of Edward Symmons, said: "There are approximately 28,000 sq ft of offices which are to undergo a phased refurbishment. Suites from 200 sq ft up to 10,000 sq ft are available and are being refurbished."
Offices are available on flexible leases at a quoting rent at £10/sq ft.
