Office suite let at Métier’s Skelmersdale business park

Preston-based agents Robert Pinkus & Co has helped secure a letting deal for an office suite at Degrave House for landlord Moorgarth Investments.

Lighter Solutions has signed for 267 sq ft suite 202 at the office building after agreeing an 18-month lease at £4,000 per annum.

Degrave House is located within Alderley Edge-based property developer Métier Property Holdings' White Moss Business Park.
